Cancellation Policy
100% of the service booked will be charged when no-showed or arriving more than 15 minutes late. You may use 50% of that fee towards your next appointment if it’s rescheduled within 7 days of your original appointment.
50% of the service booked will be charged when cancelled on within 4 days (96 hours) of your appointment.
100% of the service booked will be charged when canceling during a holiday week. (Within 7 days prior.)
I do not set these policies in place to take advantage of anyone, it’s out of respect of each other’s time and this is also how I provide for my family. I also in return to you will be dependable, reliable and also will not cancel on you or ask to move around your appointment day/time I’ve committed to you. I also promise to do everything in my power to give you an amazing experience you will want to repeat.
